Preverjanje EU DCP - A Reliable COVID-19 Certificate Verification App
Preverjanje EU DCP is a free Android app developed by NIJZ that enables the scanning of QR code certificates issued by the European Union Digital COVID Certificate (EU DCP) and verifies their validity. The app is designed for DCP certificate controllers, providing them with limited access to personal data. It is in compliance with the Decree on the manner of establishing compliance with the conditions of recovery, vaccination, and testing related to COVID-19 infectious disease (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, no).
With the app, users can view the validity of the certificate without revealing any health data, and only the name and year of birth of the person to whom the certificate belongs are displayed. The app also displays local counters for positive and negative verifications of certificate validity, which can be reset. Please note that the app is only valid for certificates issued in Slovenia and is exclusively intended for certificate verification within the Republic of Slovenia.
